Refund policy
At Kamilos Store, all of our products—including our custom mugs, tote bags, posters, hats, and apparel—are made to order especially for you. Because we do not maintain a physical inventory and items are printed on demand, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing choice, or change of mind.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact.kamilos@pm.me within 14 days of delivery.
To process a replacement or a refund for a damaged item, you must email us:
- Your order number.
- A clear photograph showing the printing defect or the damaged area of the product.
Once verified, we will arrange for a brand-new replacement to be printed and shipped to you at no additional cost, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
